What is the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce?
We are an independent, membership-based not-for-profit organization serving the Heart of Muskoka. Our mission is to strengthen the local economy by uniting businesses, championing their interests, and creating meaningful opportunities that drive growth, build connections, and support long-term prosperity throughout Bracebridge and Muskoka.
How is the Bracebridge Chamber funded?
We are funded through membership dues, sponsorships, and occasional public grants. The Town of Bracebridge also contracts us to operate the Visitor Information Centre, which provides additional support. This partnership gives us a valuable opportunity to showcase and promote local businesses to the many visitors who walk through our doors.
Is the Bracebridge Chamber operated by or affiliated with the Town of Bracebridge?
No. We are an independent, membership-based not-for-profit organization. The Town of Bracebridge is a community partner, and we work alongside them on initiatives that support a better business community.
I’m a member of the Bracebridge BIA. Does that mean I’m automatically a Bracebridge Chamber Member?
No. We are a separate entity from the Business Improvement Area (BIA). The BIA is a community partner, and we work alongside them on initiatives that support a better business community. If you are a member of the BIA and would like to become a member of the Bracebridge Chamber as well, please apply here.
Can I join the Bracebridge Chamber if my business isn’t in Bracebridge?
Yes. Any business or organization is welcome to apply for membership, however, we encourage you to support the Chamber of Commerce in your own community first. If your business serves customers or operates within the District of Muskoka, we welcome your application and will review it accordingly.
How can I join the Bracebridge Chamber?
Start by completing our online membership application. It helps us learn more about your business or organization and understand how we can best support you as part of the Chamber community.
Can I attend a Bracebridge Chamber Networking Event if I’m not a Chamber member?
Non-members may attend on a limited basis. Our networking events are designed for Chamber members, but we understand that you may want to experience an event before joining. If you’re considering membership, attending once is a great way to see the value our community offers.
How can I get more involved in Bracebridge Chamber activities and gain exposure as a member?
Read our e-newsletter and e-blasts to stay up to date on events and opportunities.
Sponsor events like Chamber Golf Day or the Business Awards Gala for increased visibility.
Attend monthly networking events to connect with other local businesses.

How can I update my organization's Bracebridge Chamber directory listing?

Be sure to include a detailed description of what you would like changed/updated and include any additional photos or links if you have an Enhanced listing.
